Age Verification Process

3 Account Registration and Management

- Withdrawals will, where possible, be returned via the same method used for the most recent deposit. Where this is not technically possible, v89 will contact you to arrange an alternative method.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

General Bonus Conditions

- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in v89's platform or in any game to obtain an unfair advantage is prohibited. 7 User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
By using the v89 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

8 Account Suspension and Closure
Closure by the Player
Players may request the closure of their v89 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or email at support at v89.bio. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure. Confirmed real-money balances will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
Suspension or Closure by v89
v89 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account without prior notice in circumstances including but not limited to:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.

- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.

Where permanent closure is determined to be appropriate following a verified breach of these Terms, v89's decision is final and any bonus balances will be forfeited.
Self-Exclusion and Responsible Gaming Closure
Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a cooling-off period of 24 hours to 30 days, or a self-exclusion period of 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion, via the Responsible Gaming section of their account settings. 9 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, v89, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable to any player or third party for:

Governing Language

Severability
