1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using the v89 platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, creating an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or participating in any promotional offer — you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by v89's compliance team may result in account restriction or closure and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Age Verification Process

Where v89 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a registered player may be under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending age verification. During the suspension period, the player will be unable to deposit, withdraw, or place any bets. If age verification confirms that the player is under 18, the account will be permanently closed, all deposits will be returned where legally required, and any winnings accrued during the underage period will be forfeited in full. v89 will cooperate fully with any regulatory or law enforcement inquiry arising from underage gambling incidents.

3 Account Registration and Management

To access the full range of v89 services, players must register a personal account. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

Registration Requirements

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Banking

Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals are processed within 15–45 minutes on average for bKash and Nagad. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to v89's standard security and fraud checks. Where a withdrawal triggers a KYC review, processing may be paused pending satisfactory identity verification.
• Withdrawals will, where possible, be returned via the same method used for the most recent deposit. Where this is not technically possible, v89 will contact you to arrange an alternative method.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 18 and above only.
• Each player is entitled to claim each bonus offer once unless the promotion terms state otherwise. Creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple instances of the same bonus is a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

7 User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

Where suspicious activity is identified, v89 reserves the right to freeze an account and conduct an internal investigation before taking further action. v89's determination of whether a breach has occurred is final, subject to the dispute resolution process described in these Terms.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

Closure by the Player

Players may request the closure of their v89 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or email at support at v89.bio. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure. Confirmed real-money balances will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Suspension or Closure by v89

v89 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account without prior notice in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.

• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, v89 will endeavour to complete the investigation within 14 business days. Where permanent closure is determined to be appropriate following a verified breach of these Terms, v89's decision is final and any bonus balances will be forfeited.

Self-Exclusion and Responsible Gaming Closure

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a cooling-off period of 24 hours to 30 days, or a self-exclusion period of 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion, via the Responsible Gaming section of their account settings. 9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, v89, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable to any player or third party for:

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit v89's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law. Governing Language

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. Entire Agreement
